Axholme Quilting, formerly Helen's Houses, opened in 2009. Based in Doncaster, we've been steadily growing and in 2010, we expanded and opened our famous patchwork and quilting store in Adwick le Street, which specialises in fabric collections for quilting from the likes of Moda, Makower and Fabric Freedom etc. In late 2012, we began selling our select range of Husqvarna Viking sewing machines. In 2015, we launched a full range of sewing cabinets from Horn. In 2017 we introduced our quilting fabric subscriptions, one of the first fabric stores in the UK to do so

Since 2024 and semi retired we have now closed our shop and focus purely on internet sales and at shows.
