Standard orders

Due to Royal Mail price changes are postage rates are now as follows:

Postage is free on all UK orders of £40.00 or more, or £3.25 otherwise. Use the code AQFREEPOST at checkout.

Please note we are unable to apply discounts after an order has been placed as we get charged.

Standard postage is by Royal Mail Tracked 48 or Evri (formerly Hermes). For deliveries sent via Evri, a tracking number will be made available. Orders will be dispatched on Monday and Thursday. For orders placed after 1pm on these days, items will be dispatched on the next nearest postage day.

Postage may be upgraded to Royal Mail First Class for £4.40 per order.

Shipping for subscriptions

Postage for subscription boxes is charged separately due to the increased shipping costs. Postage information for subscription quilting boxes is available on the subscription quilting boxes page.

Further information

If a product is no longer in stock, we will try to contact you, this will be via phone, message or email. We will either offer you a substitute at no extra cost or offer a full refund for the product. 

However If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order and you will automatically be refunded in full.

Please note, we currently only ship to locations within mainland Britain.
