Standard orders

Postage is free on all UK orders of £15.00 or more, or £1.89 otherwise. Use the code AQFREEPOST at checkout.

Standard postage is by Royal Mail Second Class or Evri (formerly Hermes). For deliveries sent via Evri, a tracking number will be made available. Orders will be dispatched on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. For orders placed outside of these days, items will be dispatched on the next nearest postage day. This includes subscription boxes.

Postage may be upgraded to Royal Mail First Class for £2.89 per order.

Overseas orders

For orders outside the UK, please contact us before placing your order - please note that we may not be able to fulfil orders to all destinations and reserve the right to cancel your order if you do not contact us beforehand.

Shipping for subscriptions

Postage for subscription boxes is charged separately due to the increased shipping costs. Postage information for subscription quilting boxes is available on the subscription quilting boxes page.

Further information

If a product is no longer in stock, you will be notified via email. We will either offer you a substitute at no extra cost or offer a full refund for the product. 

Please note that the flat rates above apply only to orders placed online on our website. For orders made instore or over the phone, postage will depend on the item purchased.

Sewing machine orders

Shipping for sewing machines is free and handled directly by Husqvarna Viking.  Please allow one to two weeks for delivery. At checkout, select standard shipping and the cost will be refunded.

Please note that we currently only ship to locations within the United Kingdom.
